Rajendra Pradhan

Born in 1948  in Mumbai I was brought up in Pune I spent all my childhood and youth wandering in nature ,trekking in Sahyadri and skirting around rivers and mountains observing nature fauna ,flora and fowls , I had a passions for drawing and painting since childhood.

I have hobby of collecting beautiful printed paintings,greeting cards ,and books on arts , Reading books on artists lives and I was enthusiastic admirer of great artists especially impressionists, I love Vincent Van Gogh and Paul Gauguin ,I have good collections of prints paintings by many many internationally known artists and that is my Geeta and Bible

I have painted hundreds of landscapes by sitting in nature and in my home studio as well I have travelled frequently abroad and have done some work in wilderness there whenever had an  opportunity

By profession I am electronics Engineer however my attitude in mind and blood is towards arts
